Your treatment and procedures will be performed by our experienced specialists and doctors who will assess and evaluate you personally before carrying out any treatment.

For any concerns you may have regarding your treatment after purchasing a package, you can share them with your consultant on the day of treatment to clarify your concerns. Please note that packages once purchased cannot be refunded but treatment appointments can be rescheduled.

If you’re looking to take a consultation, please talk to your consultant first to know if you have to come to Praava for a physical examination. For a package that includes a procedure, please come to Praava 15 mins earlier than your time of appointment as confirmed by the Contact Center.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a refund policy for these packages. In case of an emergency, please call us at 10648 or email us at praavalistens@praavahealth.com. However, if you would like to change your package to a different one that is at a lower price, the remaining balance will be refunded to you within 7 working days.

The prices of the packages are at a discounted rate of 20% to 50%.

Yes, but the interval between purchases of multiple packages is mostly up to the discretion of the consultant. Please talk to your consultant to know when you could avail a second package of your choice.

It depends from person to person. Please check with your consultant to know more about your service. 

Microdermabrasion is the safest option during pregnancy. However, hydra facial and oxy facial are generally considered safe during pregnancy too.

Like any other treatment, skin treatments can also have some side-effects. Some examples of possible side effects are listed below:

1. Allergic reaction
2. Excessive or long term peeling of skin
3. Dryness from diamond peel/microdermabrasion or hydrafacial
4. Redness of skin
5. Burning sensation
6. Chances of scarring from procedures like laser treatment

It is advised to consult with or be examined by your doctor first to be sure of your past history to avoid side effects.

Consultants are only available for advice during their consultation hours. You can book an appointment with your consultant by calling 10648 for any advice you may need. 

A healthy, shiny set of teeth

• The consult will give the dentists a clear idea of your dental status and plan the next course of action in the long run
• Scaling will provide protection against tooth decay, gum bleeding, and dental plaque
• Prophylaxis will remove all existing dental stains and plaques. A primarily preventive treatment intended to control local irritational factors by the removal of plaque, calculus, and stains from the tooth structures in the permanent and transitional dentition.
• OPG (dental x-ray) will enable a thorough check-up of all of your teeth

The package is suitable for anyone who hasn’t seen a dentist in the past 6 months

The whole package can be taken by anyone having the following symptoms – bad breath, gum bleeding, or discolored teeth.

An entire session (consult, scaling, OPG, prophylaxes) will take around 1hr. There won’t be any additional sessions

You have to come only once with prior booking

There is one free follow-up session within 7 days of the session.

A patient should ideally take these procedures in the package once every 6 months

• Lipid profile tests help you determine the current levels of your good, bad, and total cholesterol
• Hemoglobin A1c helps you understand and eliminate the potential risk factors such as being overweight or obese, underweight, high blood pressure, heart disease, physical inactivity, etc.
• Consultation helps our consultant examine your current health (BP, BMI, etc) and lifestyle habits. S/he will note your medical history to understand the requirements of your body. Based on the assessment, s/he will be planning your diet regime and provide you with a diet chart. Following that on additional consultations, s/he will be guiding you along the way.

This depends on what kind of benefit you are looking for. The package is ideally suited for weight loss.

Through your blood test, you would be able to understand if the results are within range or not. That would specify if you need the consultation. Even if the results are in the normal range, you can still consult a dietitian for healthy eating advice according to your body weight and age.

The first session usually takes about 40 minutes or even an hour. Yes, there can be more than 1 session, for example, it takes about 4 weeks to see results of weight loss. Healthy weight loss diet plans usually would aim for weight loss of 1kg- 1.5kg per week.

No. You can have the consultation virtually as well as get your test samples (if required) collected from your home.

It depends on your condition – for weight loss, you can take the package every 4-6 weeks or more depending on body type, and for other medical conditions every 3-6 months.

Yes, in the case you complain about other symptoms, it’s an indication that further tests may be needed to analyze your health further.

Each session would take 1 hour on average. The number of sessions required may vary depending on the severity of your condition.

Yes, your physiotherapist prescribes treatment sessions at regular intervals in many cases. You would have to come to Praava more than once with a prior booking. You cannot take more than one session in a day unless prescribed by our physiotherapist otherwise.
