We take orders every day from 8am to 10pm, and deliver from 3pm to 4pm the very next day. However, our delivery system is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.

What is the minimum order do I need to place for medicine delivery:
A minimum of 200tk worth of medicines need to be ordered to eligible for home delivery
How much discount will I get?
The 5% discount is applicable for prescribed medicines only. Vaccines, insulin, and some special products do not fall under this discount. The discount for non-pharmaceutical items, surgical items, and medical utility items vary from product to product.
Do I have to share my prescription?
It is recommended that you share your prescription, if there’s any, to minimize the room for error while placing the order in terms of the name of the medicine and quantity as per the dosage. And in the case of medicines that can only be dispensed with a prescription, it is mandatory for you to share the prescription with us – as per the rule of DGDA.
How can I pay?
You can pay via bKash or cash on delivery (COD). (For bKash, Patients have to pay in advance before medicines are dispatched )
Can I get foreign medicines at your pharmacy?
Foreign medicines or supplements which aren’t registered at DGDA are not available in Praava Pharmacy.
When will I get my medicine?
We usually deliver in less than 4hrs. However, depending on the location and time of order, we mostly end up delivering on the same day. Please note that delivery may also be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc
Which areas do you deliver?
Currently, our operations are limited to Dhaka city – Newmarket to Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Mohakhali to Uttara, Rampura to Khilgaon area, Gabtoli, Badda, Bashundhara Residential Area, and Kuril.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order when the pharmacy calls you for verification after your order has been placed. However, you cannot cancel after your parcel has been confirmed/dispatched.
Can Praava cancel my order without notice?
We retain the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.
Can I return my order?
No returns can be made after purchase if it does not meet our valid reasons for return.
What are the valid reasons for returning my order?
- Delivered item is damaged (physically destroyed or broken)/defective/expired or facing immediate expiry upon arrival.
- Delivered item is incorrect/incomplete (has missing parts).
