What is the minimum order value to be eligible for medicine delivery?
A minimum order of BDT 200 is needed to be eligible for home delivery. You can WhatsApp us at 01847278019 if you have more questions.
How much discount will I get?
The 5% discount is applicable for prescribed medicines only. Vaccines, insulin, and some special products do not fall under this discount. The discount for non-pharmaceutical items, surgical items, and medical utility items vary from product to product. You can WhatsApp us at 01847278019
Do I have to share my prescription?
Please share a prescription if you have one, as it helps us manage your order better. In fact, for certain medicines, it is mandatory for you to share the prescription with us, otherwise we cannot sell them to you.
How can I pay?
You can pay via bKash or cash on delivery (COD). (For bKash, Patients have to pay in advance before medicines are dispatched).
Can I get foreign medicines at your pharmacy?
Foreign medicines or supplements which aren’t registered at DGDA are not available in Praava pharmacy.
When will I get my medicine?
We usually deliver in 6 hours across Dhaka city. However, depending on the location and time of order, the delivery may be delayed.
Which areas do you deliver?
Currently, our operation covers the entire Dhaka city.
How much is the delivery fee?
Our delivery charge inside Dhaka City is 80tk
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order when the pharmacy calls you for verification after your order has been placed. However, you cannot cancel after your parcel has been confirmed/dispatched.
Can Praava cancel my order without notice?
We retain the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but is not limited to, the product being mis-priced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason. You will be refunded accordingly.
Can I change my order?
No returns can be made after purchase except for the following circumstances:
- Delivered item is damaged (physically destroyed or broken)/defective/expired or facing immediate expiry upon arrival
- Delivered item is incorrect/incomplete (has missing parts)
- Delivered item is non-perishable (we do accept the return of insulin or vaccines)
